Hefeweiss is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer (weiss bier). It’s medium bodied and starts slightly tart up front with aroma and flavor notes of clove, banana and spice. Hefeweiss finishes with a familiar breadiness from the wheat varietal we use.
Citrusy, hazy, and intensely juicy from a heavy-handed hopping of Citra and Amarillo. Soft bitterness and mouthfeel, and lowish ABV makes this a very drinkable pale ale.
Our Belgian Dubbel is a complexly rich and malty beer with hints of chocolate up front, figs, raisins, and dried cherries. At 7.9% ABV, this dubbel finishes slightly warming.
Cocoa Bean is a medium-full bodied semi-sweet stout. Notes of dark chocolate and coffee dominate. Medium roast, light vanilla and toffee provide more nuanced background notes. Carbonation is low for a creamy dessert-like mouthfeel.
Flat Fender is a balanced west coast style IPA with a lingering bitterness. The body is light-medium with subtle flowery tropical aroma and notes of papaya, orange peel, and berry.
Aurea is very approachable with mild fruity/spicy Belgian character and a balanced sweetness. This blond has a light-Medium body finishes slightly dry.
